Born in Ballarat, Don began his legal career in Melbourne with Allan Moore & Co. Lawyers. He later became a partner at Cuthberts Barristers & Solicitors and Harwood Andrews Lawyers, before joining Baird & McGregor Lawyers in 2019. His career across both metropolitan and regional firms gives him a depth of perspective that benefits clients and colleagues alike.

Outside the office, Don is an avid golfer and enjoys cricket and tennis. He is a committed Essendon supporter, and on weekends enjoys spending time with family, walking or riding his bike.
